Jaw Breaker Bath Bomb
Candy is dandy, so said Mr W.Wonka-esquire back in 1971 and anyone huffing the sweet bubblegum aromas of our Jawbreaker bath bomb could only agree. While the term “jawbreaker” was first seen in dictionaries in 1839 relating to difficult words, the rock-hard lollies first found favour with children in the early 20th Century. It was the Ferrara Pan Candy Company in 1919 who apparently brought the “jawbreaker” candy to market, before Roald Dahl’s 1964 story Charlie and the Chocolate Factory saw the concept of a never-ending gobstopper brought to the world, becoming reality with the Everlasting Gobstopper in 1976.
